At present we can accept returns only from Europe. We can not accept returns from extra CEE countries.
If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, simply send an e-mail to email@example.com specifying the codes of the articles you wish to return. You will receive an e-mail authorising the return, complete with instructions.
Instructions for the return
The shipping cost for the return of the goods will be borne by the customer who will arrange a shipment at our head office.
Each garment must be returned complete will all labels and any original packaging received with the order. Garments must not show any signs of use or washing. CW Fashion srl reserves the right to refuse any unauthorised returns.
As soon as your return is received in our warehouse and we have checked that all the requirements have been complied with, you will receive a confirmation e-mail.
If you have made your purchase using credit card or PayPal card, we will credit the entire amount (equal to the total for the articles returned excluding shipping costs) to your credit card or PayPal card. If you have paid with bank transfer, you will need to send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org specifying your bank details: current account number, IBAN and SWIFT code (if purchased from outside Italy), to which we can make the credit transfer of the amount equal to the total for the articles returned excluding shipping costs. The refund times on credit cards can vary depending on the individual banks, but it generally takes 2-3 weeks before the credited amount is visible in the statement; in the case of refunds by credit transfer, the credited amount is generally visible in the statement within about 5 working days.
